You will want to MAKE SURE you reserve your hotel room and register your place for the 2019 Mid-Winter Conference in Macon, GA, so you don’t miss the opportunity to meet and greet our Commander-in-Chief on his official visit to Georgia.
The Mid-Winter Conference is always a great way to spend time with friends old and new and learn more about our programs and initiatives. This is also the time that we congratulate our Voice of Democracy, Patriots Pen, Teachers and Public Servants winners at our Saturday evening banquet. We will have a special session on Saturday for you to hear from our National Commander on the direction of the VFW and an opportunity for you to talk with C-in-C Lawrence.
Conference, banquet and hotel registration information will be posted soon on VFWGA.COM and VFW GA Facebook page. I look forward to seeing you there.
Charles A. (Tony) Dobbins
State Commander, VFW Georgia
